We had an issue with our water heater and oil burner, and had no hot water. Larry came out on a Sunday, and spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, the issue was more of a furnace issue, and not the water heater. He charged us a nominal fee, and followed up today to make sure we got the issue resolved. That is customer service! We will definitely be using Coldwright for all of our plumbing needs.

I left coldwright plumbing an email last night, and received a phone call the next day. Larry arrived at my home within minutes after I got home from work. He fixed our running toilet checked for a leak we thought was due to a pipe that was previously repaired. He confirmed there was no leak, and also called to check on it 15 minutes after he fixed the running toilet. I highly recommend his services. They are very reasonably priced and respond very quickly to request for service. We will get him to do any plumbing repairs needed in our home. Very appreciative.

Coldwright helped plan out my pressure tank replacement, and the addition of a softener, neutralizer, and new spin-down filter on our well water system. Larry was very proactive in this process, unlike some service companies who don't return calls or check back. My entire water system was upgraded on a Saturday (during a regional power outage), we worked out power and lights from the generator and the work was completed on time. Professional grade tanks and filters were used-our water system is now cleaner, softer, and PH balanced.

Coldwright came through to replace my 75 gallon water heater within a couple of days of it starting to leak, when others were telling me anything from 7 days to 2 weeks in order to find a replacement. They arrived on time as promised, and completed the removal and installation perfectly.
